** User Agreement **

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the online store incade.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as "Site") and the user of the site (hereinafter referred to as "User"). The user is any natural or legal person that accesses the site and/or uses its services.

** 1. General provisions ** 1.1. Using a site means adopting this Agreement. If the user does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, he or she must stop using the site. 1.2. The site reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time without a prior notification of the user. Changes enter into force upon their publication on the site.

** 2. Registration on the site ** 2.1. To access some of the features of the site, the user can undergo registration procedure by filling out the registration form and providing accurate and up -to -date information. 2.2. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their login data (login and password) and not disclose them to third parties. The site is not responsible for the losses that have arisen due to the unauthorized use of the user account.

** 3. User duties ** 3.1. The user undertakes to use the site only for legitimate purposes and not to take actions that can harm the site or third parties. 3.2. The user undertakes not to place on the site information that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, violates the copyright or other rights of third parties. 3.3. The user undertakes not to use the site to send spam or other unwanted information.

** 4. Site and Responsibilities of the Site ** 4.1. The site has the right to change the design, content, functionality, as well as conditions of access to the site at any time. 4.2. The site has the right to block or delete the user's account if its actions violate this agreement or current legislation. 4.3. The site is not responsible for breaks in the site of the site, caused by technical problems or other circumstances, independent of the will of the site.

** 5. Privacy ** 5.1. The site collects, processes and stores the user's personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement. 5.2. The site undertakes not to transfer personal data to the user to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.

** 6. The liability of the parties ** 6.1. The user is responsible for the actions taken using his account and for maintaining the confidentiality of their data to login. 6.2. The site is not responsible for direct or indirect losses caused to the user or third parties as a result of using or inability to use the site.

** 7. Other conditions ** 7.1. The legislation of Ukraine applies to this Agreement. 7.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach consent, disputes are subject to court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 7.3. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or impossible, it does not affect the validity or implementation of other provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the moment of its acceptance by the user and acts until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
