Return Methods:
If for some reason you have not suited the order, then you can return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided: if:
* the product was not used / used;
* saved product species, consumer properties
To return the item:

The term of repayment of funds is up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
To exchange goods:

2. Tell us the model for which you want to exchange.
The Exchange order is completed upon receipt of return from you.
If you do not have the model you ordered, we pay for the cost of transferring.
If the product you ordered but the product did not fit - you pay for the shipment.
Causes of rejection of the application for return or exchange
- Some products in our range are created under a specific order, taking into account unique characteristics. Such products are not returned.
